I have been doing this cookalong for the past couple of weeks, but this week's was the best! The steak diane & prawn cocktail was seriously good food, I even got the flames going with the brandy! Sarah loved it...and the food as well lol!
We did the cook along for week 6, wow, the starter was amazing. Fantastic lamb shami, nice & tender, yoghurt & mint sauce spot on! chicken tikka...my significant other half is pregnant & she loves a bit of heat...from her food....done! You're the man Gordon, we both loved it. She loved the starter, that was her favourite....it was worth seeing that beautiful smile of satisfaction on her face. Beautiful meal for a beautiful woman.
Sarah & I did the hot & sour prawn soup & we added some vermicelli for a bit of body.....well bend me over & call me doris...it was awesome! Truly delicious...one of those soups we will be doing again & again in the future. Another touch of genius Mr Ramsay...like myself of course lol.
Mi senorita & I did the cookalong tonight and what a fitting way to bring the curtain down on a fantastic journey. Soup good, xmas paella...fantastic! Was good having Sarah cooking with me, she was a star with her bump. Our little one's gonna enjoy some quality food by mummy & daddy, what a team.
